Ms. Urmila Baruah is a Managing Partner, The Human Network, an HR Consultancy working in the field of capability building, training and development and HR solutions. She is also a visiting Faculty at Dept. of Business Admin, Guwahati University teaching Human Resource Management.

She has 20 years’ of experience in Indian Oil Corporation Limited with varied experience in HR, Corporate Communications & Sales. She was awarded “Best Young Manager 2008” by Guwahati Management Association after state-wide competition. She was also awarded British Chevening Scholarship by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, UK (managed by British Council) in University of Bradford, UK in 2005.
