i. Candidates should be retired banker from Central/Commercial bank or Development Bank.
ii. Preference will be given to those with faculty experience and retired as Chief Manager (or equivalent) and above from RBI/SBI/Public Sector Bank/NABARD/Banks.
Proposed terms of contractual appointment of Faculty on Contract:
1. The term of contract will be for eleven months effective from the date of joining of the appointee and will be renewed based upon his/her satisfactory performance till he/she attains the age of 65 years.
2. The admissible facilities for Faculty on Contract are;
(a) Subsidized lunch
(b) Free consultation with the Institute’s Medical Officer
(c) One day Casual Leave per month.
3. Member of Faculty shall contribute to the Institute’s academic activities. The Director may assign any other responsibility in the interest of the Institute.
4. The contractual arrangement cannot be construed as a commitment of future assignment or work. It can be terminated during the period of contract by the Institute without prior notice.
5. During the period of his/her employment with the Institute he/she shall devote full time to the work of the Institute.
