An assessment of the Cluster Level Federations of Meghalaya which was promoted by Meghalaya Rural Development Society (A joint IFAD (International Fund for Agriculture Development) and Govt of Meghalaya initiative)

Redrawing Boundaries of Financial Systems in Mountain Economies covering the states of Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Nagaland – A study jointly conducted with Kim Wilson, Faculty, TUFTS University, Fletcher School of Business, Boston, USA.

Study on “Review of Land Tenancy and Land Leasing Laws across Assam with respect to impact of computerization of land records, status of tenants/sharecroppers and on bank lending” – sponsored by Dept of Economic Analysis and Research, NABARD, Mumbai.

Consultancy project on “Providing Technical Services for Revitalising the Livelihood Improvement Finance Company of Meghalaya – A joint venture of the Govt of Meghalaya and IFAD. This consultancy was about setting up of a livelihood financing institution in the state of Meghalaya under the government of Meghalaya.

Consultancy project for setting up the Chief Minister’s Microfinance Scheme in Assam and building up the institutional mechanism, product development, including capacity building of Assam Finance Corporation the implementing agency of the Govt of Assam.
