Shri Deepankar Bhattacharjya is a freelance Trainer and a Consultant to various Governmental Organizations, PSU’s, Corporates and educational institutions and universities. He has been training in the fields of Motivation, Soft Skills & Life Skills and Neuro Linguistic Programming for more than 8 years. Having worked with organizations like Interglobe Technologies, IBM, Honeywell and Jet Airways, now has been extending his consultancy to Institutes like Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship and National Institute of Rural Development and also a resource person for Department of Innovation and Future Studies (Assam Administrative Staff College).

All these years he had addressed Students, Teachers and Government officials in enhancing personal effectiveness. As of now he is actively involved with an organization called MIND India and has been working on new avenues as far as education and employability in the region is concerned.
