Shri Arvind Kumar Srivastava is a versatile professional with rich academic and banking experience. He has authored books on subject related to Cooperative Banking and Business Correspondent, which have been published by Bankers Institute of Rural development, Lucknow. He has contributed more than two dozen articles to different journals on subjects relating to banking legislation, rural development, micro finance and Cooperative banking, which have been published in renowned journals in concerned field.

An Ex- General Manager, NABARD, he has served at various levels of the organisation viz. District Office, Regional Office and Head Office, in his career spanning approx. 34 years. Having also served as a probationary Officer in a Commercial Bank, he has the experience of being closely associated with the various agencies in the banking system viz. Commercial Banks, Cooperative Banks and Regional Rural Bank (RRB) as a practitioner or supervisor. He possesses perspective of top management having served as a Director on the BOARD of a RRB. He has a enriching faculty experience of more than 7 years in a reputed banking training institute i.e. Bankers Institute of Rural Development, Lucknow and expertise in the field of cooperative credit, banking and micro finance.
