WHY THIS PROGRAMME?

The Government of India introduced reforms Agenda aimed at "Enhanced Access and Service Excellence --- EASE" for Public Sector Banks in January 2018, which is based on six themes and action points. The performance of Banks is being evaluated by the Finance Ministry on EASE parameters.
It is imperative that Branch level functionaries are sensitized about the reform programme, as their commitment to the EASE Reforms is vital for enhancing Bank's performance under the programme. We have designed a 3-day programme for Branch Level Officials to achieve the purpose.
