WHY THISPROGRAMME ?
Considering the importance of effective Branch Banking which is critical to the growth of banking business, we have taken the initiative in organizing the above programme for the benefit of branch staff in the cadre of JMG/MMG. This programme, a specially designed one, would be of great importance to the branch staff in comprehending the nuances of branch banking in a highly competitive environment.
Indian banking sector has been facing challenges in meeting the funding requirements of various sectors like Agriculture and MSMEs. The branches which are expected to meet the credit requirements of these sectors need to be aware of the products, services and also methodology of lending. In addition, effective branch banking also ensures satisfaction level reduced frauds and ultimately enhances the branch business.

The programme will commence at 09.45 a.m. on July15, 2019and will conclude by 04.30 p.m. on July19, 2019. We provide hostel accommodation on a twin sharing basis.

Sponsor Banks of IIBM viz. RBI, NABARD, SBI, United Bank of India, UCO Bank, Central Bank of India, Allahabad Bank &Punjab National Bank.
Cooperative Banks & RRBs
Generally payment of participation fees is to be made in advance through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) on or before the due date for submission of nomination. In exceptional cases a Demand Draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of Indian Institute of Bank Management payable at Guwahati may be forwarded along with hard copy of nominations. It may kindly be ensured that the officers being deputed for training carries details of remittance of programme fees.
